Codon optimized sfGFP for Vibrio natriegens

This is the optimized version of the sfGFP biobrick BBa_I746916. Our goal was to generate a codon-optimized plasmid containing genetic information for sfGFP for the production in Vibrio natriegens with the aim to compare growth and fluorescence of transformed vibrio natriegens with codon optimized and non-optimized sfGFP. Therefore, we identified rare codons and exchanged them with frequently used codons.
